What is a bike fitting?

Bike fitting helps riders find the most comfortable position on their bike to maximize performance and minimize overuse injuries. When you arrive for your appointment, we will take a thorough history including your concerns and goals. You should wear your normal cycling gear, or a place will be available to change. Upon completion of the bike fitting process, you will receive paperwork with the finished bike fit measurements, changes that occurred, and future recommendations.
